The Ride at Pumpkintown

Enjoy a scenic, one-mile journey through the Pumpkintown Forest in the comfort of your own personal vehicle. You’ll see over 30 Pumpkinhead people and their animal companions at home in their woodland dwellings.
Among the many scenes you’ll see along the way are: a School House, a Trading Post, a Blacksmith’s Shop and a Gold Mine.

Reservations and Check-in

To ensure that all preparations have been made for your arrival, The Pumpkinheads require that you make a reservation for “The Ride” at Pumpkintown U.S.A.
If you are planning to visit The Village while you’re here, (highly recommended!), make sure you check in at The Ride first. That way you’ll give yourself plenty of time to stroll through The Village without losing your place in line for The Ride.

Download our Trail Games before you come for your ride The kids will have fun with this count and seek activity as they see how many things on our list they can find in the Pumpkintown Forest. Think you’ve got this locked down after last year? Guess again! We’ve added at least ten more items to the list! Don’t forget your pencils to check them off as you go! 

Treats for the Trail

Delicious Pumpkintown treats are available to purchase for your drive through the Pumpkintown Forest. Let us know when you purchase your Ride tickets if you are interested in a food package to take on the trail. Pick up and pay for your package when you arrive.

Pick-up: Go straight to check-in at “The Ride” to claim or place your order. All packages are $20 and payable in CASH ONLY.

Visiting the Village at Pumpkintown

 

If you are planning to visit the Village while you are at Pumpkintown U.S.A., we recommend you do so after your drive through the Pumpkintown Forest. You’ll be able to enjoy a leisurely stroll without worrying that you will miss your reservation for the Forest.

Visitors of all ages delight in the unique settings and pumpkin personalities that make up the Village at Pumpkintown U.S.A.! The Village is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Want to skip the ticket line? Purchase your tickets online here.

Come back for the holidays!

The residents of the Pumpkintown Forest are staying for the holidays! Come back to Pumpkintown U.S.A. beginning Thanksgiving weekend to see how the Pumpkinheads celebrate the season. The Christmas Ride opens the day after Thanksgiving and stays open through New Year’s Eve. The Village at Pumpkintown will remain closed during this special holiday event.
